HLuxeHair Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All HLuxeHair orders are dispatched using a tracked delivery service.

Please allow 3–7 WORKING DAYS for your order to arrive.

Working days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Processing & Dispatch

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch.

You will receive your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that the 3–7 working day delivery timeframe begins once your order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim for all orders to arrive within the stated timeframe, delivery times can occasionally be affected by the courier, particularly during busy periods, bank holidays or circumstances outside of HLuxeHair’s control.

If your order has not arrived within the 3–7 working day timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can assist you.

Important

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. HLuxeHair cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
